Match the domain to the register
Use the Gambling Commission register to compare the domain with the operator. BetNeptune is associated with ProgressPlay account 39335; Neptune Play’s domain is listed Inactive under account 39483.
Keep the meaning of a licence in perspective
Regulation sets obligations for an operator. It does not turn gambling into a reliable source of income or guarantee you will like a site’s service. Read account, complaints and withdrawal conditions as well.
Protect both access and spending
Choose a unique password, use only your own payment method and keep account documents private. If gambling is becoming hard to control, use the support and exclusion options on our safer-gambling page.

One more thing
Your question, answered
Does Inactive mean I should use a similar brand instead?
It does not establish any replacement or account transfer. A different casino must be assessed separately, and cannot be assumed to hold your old account.
